Sometime blood is not only what make you family….
“Anna Strong was a tough-as-nails bounty hunter, until the night she was attacked-and changed forever. Now a vampire, Anna discovers that her long-dead brother may have had a daughter-and the girl's in serious trouble. There are some very dangerous people after her, but they're about to learn that to a bounty hunter with an unnatural thirst for blood, even the deadliest human predators are easy prey.”
Not bad for book 2, Some in the first book we know she kill Avery ( which I sad to see go, but I think was necessary).
Reading this book was okay ( but I pretty happy with the main character Anna). I like the plot and all that but what I didn’t like much is the fact that she has to always end up sleeping around, I want her to be with someone and only that someone not with anyone I guess I’m a romantic a heart ( I don’t think my friend would think of it as true but you never know).
The book has it moment and many revelations that would make many of the reader think about that, because many of them are reality to our country and sometimes they don’t talk because there scare. So I think I like this mostly because bring awareness to very difficult topics like child pornography and other as well and make it fun to read ( no fun to see some been abuse but to see that there is always help for those that speak up) so I like that about, this one and more important that there is always someone that would help you out ( but you have to speak up, even teacher can always help). The book end with a revelation in Anna point of view and I think many of the fan can say that is something that she should have done long ago, not wait until thing goes to wrong ( no what to say much) to know that she need help.
Let see what the next book would bring and see what happen to her human family and her new supernatural one.
