SHE IS A DEMON....... BUT DOESN'T ACT LIKE ONE.
"Sophie Mercer thought she was a witch. That was the whole reason she was sent to Hex Hall, a reform school for delinquent Prodigium (aka witches, shapeshifters, and fairies). But that was before she discovered the family secret, and that her hot crush, Archer Cross, is an agent for The Eye, a group bent on wiping Prodigium off the face of the earth. Turns out, Sophie’s a demon, one of only two in the world—the other being her father. What’s worse, she has powers that threaten the lives of everyone she loves. Which is precisely why Sophie decides she must go to London for the Removal, a dangerous procedure that will destroy her powers. But once Sophie arrives she makes a shocking discovery. Her new friends? They’re demons too. Meaning someone is raising them in secret with creepy plans to use their powers, and probably not for good. Meanwhile, The Eye is set on hunting Sophie down, and they’re using Archer to do it. But it’s not like she has feelings for him anymore. Does she"
For book two on the Hex Hall series I can say I was happy with the end result, it wasn't anything out of this world yes but it was a fun book to read and it has a lot going on ( potential) for the next books to come and your villain are interesting I guess.
all the character from this book make it very interesting in some way, and I think for the very end of this series that more that peace would be make and it would be very interesting to read, see how our character get to that point and all that plus see this Author make it happen as well.
Rachel Hawkins, looks new to this all but she has been doing a very good job with her story line and she is playing with very much all the possibilities that she can used to her advantage and I more can come in the future.
It was fun and it has lot of mystery and much more involving her mother and father than we used to know in the first book maybe they get together or something let see how this would play out.
